I'm menu planning right now and have

    Chicken and chorizo bake
    http://www.nigella.com/recipes/view/...-potatoes-5160

Chilli con carne - I like to lightly oil and season some mountain bread and crisp it up in the oven to have with the chilli con carne and rice.

I have a hankering for eggplant too so maybe chilli and eggplant pasta as well.

That's as far as I've gotten!

    I also regularly make:
    Roasts
Lasagne - meat or roasted veggie
    Tacos
    Curries
    Stir fries
    Cottage pie
    Chicken, leek and bacon pie
    BBQ and salads

This coming week we'll have pulled pork tortillas, Mongolian beef, congee, ratatouille, gnocchi with pumpkin and bacon sauce, jacket potatoes with mince and inevitably a night of takeaway when we both refuse to cook.
