    I feel your pain. My dd is shocking at going to sleep. She just finds it hard to wind down I think. Once she's asleep it's okay.. She sleeps all night but bed time feels like a marathon some nights.

    My ds is 5 yrs and also started spitting and other undesirable behaviour recently so it must be something about that age. I just calmly and firmly tell him it's unacceptable and put him in time out. I don't let it get too much or a rise out of me as I know half the time that's what his aiming for..

    Sounds like your doing a good job, sorry I couldn't be much more help.. I just wanted to respond and tell you your not alone in going through it.
