Friday was DS1'S birthday which was super busy and then I took the boys to my Dad's house and we stayed the night there.

Saturday I went to Katy Perry with my sister. We had GA standing so we got there hours early to wait in line. We got a pretty good spot near the stage but I started feeling sick and had to get out of the crowd. After a break, some food and a trip to first aid for panadol I felt ok but we couldn't get back to where we were. It was still really great but I wish I hadn't felt sick.

Sunday I was exhausted having only had 4 hours sleep. I fell asleep 3 times during the morning. It was a movie and do nothing day and I fell asleep not long after the kids bedtime.

    Busy busy.

Sydney Tower Skywalk, babysitting and than a 12hour marathon dance concert.

Needless to say, I'm a little tired today. So much so, that I was going to have today off, but looked at my calander and thought I had an important meeting. In my haze, I was looking at tomorrow.

I had a girls weekend with my three besties from primary school. It was so nice. We swam in the pool, had some drinks, got take away and talked and laughed. Then yesterday we went to Carrara markets then to IKEA. I was sad to come home. One of the girls lives in NSW so we don't get to see her often. We are planning on flying down to Canberra next year so she doesn't have to travel far.

Fri night a friend unexpectedly asked what we were doing so her and her ds and me and ds went out to dinner.

Sat morning I took him to a plane show and then that arvo I dropped him at my mums to have a sleepover and I went to a BBQ with friends.

Sun I went and picked him up from mums and hung out there a bit and then I just went shopping etc.

Saturday was merciless hot, and I was washing and ironing in the heat. yes im a fool who actually irons most everything. sunday was fun. one daughter and her family over for lunch and then my other daughter and her family came round for a swim and stayed for dinner. love having the grandchildren, and having everyone enjoying the pool. sunday afternoon my dh finished pulling out what was left of my kitchen. I now have an empty room, only a fridge in the kitchen. no cupboards no sink, no stove. new kitchen goes in on the 1st. but for now I have to wash up in the laundry tub, and we will be eating sandwiches for dinner.

I had a great weekend. ....untill I got sick Sunday evening : ( Now wondering if it was food poisoning as we were out for a late lunch for my Nieces Birthday. It was a buffet and I HATE buffets because I am dubious about the food quality so that just confirmed it!.
