Although I'm new to this feed and getting to know people I just wanted to say hope168 I am so sorry to hear your news. It sounds like you have plan which is great but I don't doubt it's still gutting for you. Hang in there.

I do also have a question I'm hoping someone might be able to provide some advice on (though will of course ask my FS). I've just had my hysteroscopy, flush and scratch/ biopsy. If it does show nk cell issues how long before a transfer would intralipids need to be done if that was the proposed treatment?

I have a bit of catchup reading to do so if I've missed congratulations etc please forgive me - I shall try to catch up over the weekend.

DrM usually recommend 1--2 weeks before transfer. But reading so far, says 7--10days.

Glad the bleeding has stopped and bub is doing well.
WBC at 15! neutrophils is also high....but i think is related. dr google says that ferritin can b due to infection so dont know what to think. I will just do elevit once every 2 days. I do have black stool so iron overload (sorry TMI)? Off day, i will just take i-folic from blackmore.

    Hi Nidhulaine

I'm just wondering why you were put on Neupogen? I have elevated NK cells and DQ alpha gene match, which we are doing LIT, Intralips, asprin, clexane and Dex. Wondering whether I should ask my FS about adding Neupogen aswell??

Hi ladies, I know all of you are either taking prednisolone and dex. Have you checked your blood glucose level? If so, are they fine? My family has a history of diabetes so I am well aware of the side effect. In July, when i started the prednisolone, the frequent urination at night sort of a warning sign to me that I am prone to have problem with it. I did a glucose test just before the start of IVF in Jan and it was fine. But the glucose level last week was well above normal. I'd been feeling hungry since BFP and only settled down mid last week. Another sign of diabetes. So now i am very scare about having diabetes for life. When did DrM taper off your steroid?
