@MissSagi, that's great news. Congrats! All the very best for Sat. Think the bumps would be from clexane-I've had a couple before and they took forever to go away. I think the Neupogen needles and fluid are too little to cause much damage.

I take it in the morning. All in one go. DrM wanted to spread it throughout the day and I found it confusing.

Btw, I remember DrM said that after bfp, one needs to increase prednisolone. Is that true? I am already on 20mg which is what my fs suggested as well.

I take all my Dex first thing in the morning. I found Pred worse for insomnia and taking it in the morning didnt help, so i swapped to taking it just before going to bed, alliwing me to go to sleep before it kicked in.

Bb, if you started on 20 you should have increased to 25 after transfer. Maybe Dr M didnt want you to increase?

I am on 15mg for prednisone, spread out through the day. Sleep has been challenging, and I am hungry all the time.

hope168: are you seeing DrM? He also wanted me to spread it through the day. I followed it last round but i found it so confusing as I already on so many other meds. I simply couldn't keep up and timezone difference when i travel made it worse. My FS told me to do it in one go. And i read here that someone asked DrM about it and he just said one go is OK. (No scientifically different......)

hi bbhope, yes, am seeing DrM. I will be having my intralipid on Sunday, for a Monday transfer. Scheduling was a bit challenging so I made the call for the intralipid to be just a day before transfer.

I did not ask DrM if it was OK to spread it out actually.

Thanks for the suggestions ...Hmmmm I'm on 25mg already and I've only just started jabbing? Does this seem high? Good suggestions though regarding the insomnia, I might even try taking it at night and see if that helps. Might bounce out of bed a bit easier!
