Thank you ladies for your support I'm now PUPO.

The clinic were checking the meds, OMG they were raising their eyebrows a tad a the doses I'm on.
I just kept saying its because I got fat, why so much steriods, clexane.

Also darn Wazza and his funny humor, and my lack of filtering, as for progestrone.
" two in the pink, one in the stink " was thankfully lost OMFG why can't I shut up.

well lets see how long until the crazies begin. BT 10

How are you going BHope & MissSagi ??

Now all the clinic stuff is done, tourist thing happening next.

    Good Luck @francesthecat

Ladies. I have just found out I have the MTHFR gene (can't believe no-one tested before!) and should be on methyl folate. Anyone know what dose and which site to buy from?

Do you know if you are heterozygous or homozygous? I have MTHFR and am heterozygous. I take Thorne brand MTHF bought from iherb. In terms of dosage, you might need to see a specialist to be safe. I see a naturopath who specializes in MTHFR. Additionally, took a test, out of pocket which costs around A$400, to get a detailed test of my folic/folate levels.

At any rate, avoid folic acid. It gets really confusing at first, cause there is folic, folate, folinic ... Folic is manufactured and people with MTHFR gene are not able to absorb it and process it.

    Best of luck.
