Pot sticker dumplings!!
So easy and yummy served with rice and vege.
In a food processor.. Throw in either onion or green shallots, goon sized nob of fresh ginger, any veg you have lying around- mushies or some broccoli etc PLUS 2tbs fish sauce, 2tbs soy sauce and a smidge of sugar/palm sugar.
process and combine with the chicken.

Add a tsp of mix inside a gow-gee wrapper, fold and shallow fry on one side. You fill the whole frying pan with them as you make them. Then add a few tbs of stock, cover and steam for a few min until cooked.
Serve with dipping sauce and rice. Yummy!!
