    Default Uncooked curry paste?

I am making this for dinner
    http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/3467...ngo+rice+salad
And the sauce has uncooked curry paste in it, yet the jar of curry paste says "This product must be cooked!"

Do I make it as per the recipe or skip the sauce?

Depends on the ingredients but I would assume it would just be spices and oil? to get the best flavour out of curry paste which is made using raw spices it needs to be Cooked to release all the flavours so I'd say it says it needs to be cooked for that reason so you should be fine!

Cool. Yeah the ingredients are pretty much oil, spices and acidity regulator. It's just the pataks korma paste. I have made it anyway and it tastes ok!
