    Default Muesli Bar Recipe

Does anyone have a great / healthy muesli bar recipe? I've tried loads but they always end up really crumbly and they fall apart (except the Nigella Lawson one which has a tin of condensed milk in, so therefore is not healthy at all).

Please share your favourite, never fail, recipe.

    Thanks

The one handed cook has fruit and oat chewy muesli kinda bars. I make these weekly and change the recipe depending on what dried fruit I have and always put pepitas in them

I found this recipe online. I'm off to buy dried apricots tomorrow and will give it a try....http://recipes.coles.com.au/recipes/...e-muesli-bars/
