    Default Pregnancy and the flu

    Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any remedies to help get over this flu, I can't sleep or eat I have hot and cold flushes and body aches, I can't afford any more time off work

    Oh you poor thing. I had the flu while I was pregnant and found Lemsip would really help. It only has paracetamol in it so it is totally safe. I found it good as you drink it, it can help soothe your throat. Headaches and temp fluctuations would be gone once the panadol set in. Other than that make sure you keep well hydrated and rest when you can. Sending you big hugs x

    This going to sound silly but cut an onion in half and put it on a plate in your room im not 100% sure what its supposed to do but apparently it works.... :what:
