I hear ya! Tree isn't allowed to go up until the 1st but I've convinced hubby to let me put up the inside decorations and he will put up the lights outside (won't turn them on until the 1st either except to test). This is my favourite time of year! 🎄🎅

Having said that I so miss the smell of a real pine tree in our house.
our trashpak man takes ours after Christmas. We go out to a Christmas tree farm outside Canberra with our neighbours to get it, walk around till we
find the right one then cut it down - the farm gives you a saw. Last year they were $50. If you go it's a good idea to take ribbon so you can tag the ones you like before you make the final decision. Because we have high ceilings we always get a huge one, it looks amazing and smells wonderful.

That's great. Perth isn't as well set up for real Christmas trees. When we first moved here I spent 2 weeks trying to find someone that even sold them.

Default Show us your Christmas Tree

So do you think I can find our fairy lights for outside? I have two sets of 10m string lights to put through the hedges at the front, we moved in March and I have no idea where they are... Garage, attic, under stairs etc everywhere checked.

So, if you were a box of fairy lights, where would you hide???
