Default Any Boxing Mummies On Here?

    Hi,

I have started going to a boxing class twice a week and absolutely LOVE it... I want to purchase my own set of gloves and pads, don't want to spend anymore than about $80, and am just wondering if anyone can let me know of any good brands or brands to steer clear of.

    Many thanks.
    A.

I have Everlast ones that I've been pretty happy with - around $40. Mine are fully padded gloves but I also like the unpadded ones when you're training one-on-one. My trainer (when I was training) had those and they were great. Not as sweaty in summer. Mind you, we used to train outside rather than in the gym.
