Post Melbourne Museum or Science works?

We're in Melb. My two boys are 5yrs old and 2yrs9m. It's a wet day but Dh and I need to take them out.
I've been to the Melb Museum before with Ds1 (6 months ago), so am not sure if we should go there again or Science works.
I haven't taken them to Science works before, I don't know if they're too young.

Any other indoor suggestions are welcome.
