    I didn't do raw/runny eggs while pregnant unless they were from my own chooks, when I was pregnant with number 3 there was a massive salmonella outbreak linked to a free range chook farm near my place so I felt quite relieved that I'd been strict.

    I did however eat deli meat, seafood and sushi. Wouldn't eat meat unless it was well done because I have no immunity to toxoplasmosis.

    Withy two previous pregnancies I was strict on foods that I ate. This time I have to be strict because of gestational diabetes but I allow myself things like runny eggs and cold meats because there isn't much I can have. I only ever eat fresh cold meats and eat the runny eggs immediately. Just do what you feel is best for you.
