Fudge... no wonder you're in pain!! Good luck for EPU tomorrow xx

Skyler.... three still sounds great. So you're freezing all?
I started seeing the new naturopath that started at the pharmacy where I work, he specialises in fertility. He upped my vitamin D (was low), put me on a different pre-natal vitamin, magnesium, selenium, and n-acetylcysteine (an antioxidant to improve egg quality). I continued to take a higher dose of ubiquinol 450mg (coQ10 in its best absorbed form), and fish oil.
I also had fertility acupuncture with someone he recommended me to. And I've been gluten & dairy free for about 4 months. My naturopath did a heap of tests and thought I may have been having immune issues (over active), and since dairy & wheat are the 2 biggest allergens, he wanted me off them. This also helped me lose 8kg of the 10kg I'd put on over the last year of treatment.

That sounds good petal. I am on similar so that bodes well for me. I still have dairy though (no immune issues) and gave up the acupuncture as it was just so expensive to have it every week.

Hi Butterfly, yes 3 blasts that were hatching day 5. They have to get to hatching stage otherwise they're not up to CGH biopsy standard coz they take the cells which have hatched out for the biopsy. None of the inner cell mass is touched, just trophectoderm. It's a tough standard they have to reach. Wishing you success this cycle.

Hi Bertie, yes all 3 have been frozen while I wait to see if any are normal. We don't want to waste time or go through the heartbreak of transferring embryos that have no chance.

    Once again, awesome news Petal!

Good luck Fudge for some great eggs.

    Hi Ladies
Thank you for sharing all your inspirational stories. I find them most helpful on my own IVF journey. Is it too late to join this thread? I am currently cycling #4 with a natural FET after having 2 months break.

I would dearly love some advice on improving egg quality, DHEA and scratching. My FS it seems isn't very open to changing things or offering advice on using alternative medicines or supplements. (I wanted to see Wazza but couldn't get in until March of this year and that was way too long to wait.)

Brisbane - relocating to London 3/15
    Me 43 excellent AMH (16) DD 22, DS 20 - previous marriage
DH 32 normal swimmers - no children previously
Conceived naturally 3/14, MC week 9
Tried natural therapies for 3 months and after no BFP's panicked and started IVF the next month.
    Cycle 1: 17 eggs, all fertilised 4 good embies, 2 @ 3 DT, 2 frosties (5 days)
    Cycle 2: medicated FET x 2 frosties
    Cycle 3: 16 eggs 14 fertilised 3 good embies, 2 @ 5 DT, 1 Frosty
Cycle 4: currently cycling natural FET

I would love any advice that may help. Wishing you all the very best on your journeys and thank you xxoo

Welcome @Deshi ! I'm sure you'll find some great advice on here, the ladies are wonderful. I haven't personally tried DHEA but I did have the scratching done on my first 2 cycles. Both unsuccessful but probably due to egg quality & maybe other issues. I have just got my first BFP yesterday after a bit of a lifestyle change over the past few months, it was a FET. Good luck with your journey 😊
