I have only tried the mango chia pod from the shops and I really liked it ! I did find it quite expensive so I have made my own with pureed mango and Coconut cream. I also use them as a substitute for tapioca balls in a dessert with pumpkin and banana cooked in coconut cream plus sugar to taste. Ds is a fan but not dd. Otherwise as per pp just add it to muffins, meatballs , smoothies.
Also yes it doesn't have any flavor just a jelly like texture.

I haven't bought one of them, I make my own. I use almond milk, chia seeds, a bit of pure maple syrup to sweeten & cacao or cocoa if you want chocolate version. Then you mix and leave to set. Yum yum! The texture is a bit weird to get used to at first as the chia seeds swell, but I quite enjoy it.

I have them on brekkie, in yoghurt etc
I make a pudding with them by just soaking them in milk overnight with a dash of vanilla essence. It was soooo delicious.

I dont like fhe crunch of raw ones (tried them in smoothies :/

But i make pudding with then. Almond milk and vanilla soak overnight a drizzle of maple with some banana and some nuts. It fills me up!

Texture wise... Its difficult but i just think of it like yogurt i guess
