Default Organic (People-Friendly) or Environmentally-Friendly Products

From shampoos and handwashes to disinfectants and natural concoctions. This is my other aim - to transfer as many products over to better options as we can.

(Gold star for them being Australian made too!)

For shampoo I use bicarb and vinegar, or peppermint tea (no poo/low poo) and about every 6-8 weeks I'll use Sukin shampoo and conditioner. This is the best for no silicone, sulphates or parabens.
For soap I use mums homemade soap and liquid Castile soap with water for the foam pumps.
For lotion I use a super easy recipe of water, oil and emulsifying wax or beeswax.
For sunscreen I add in some zinc oxide and ascorbic acid to the lotion but also take supplements that work internally as a sunscreen. This also doubles up as a chlorine neutraliser before swimming at the pool. After swimming I spray with vitamin c and distilled water. I also add in 1 tsp when I wash the swimmers etc and it gets rid of the chlorine smell.
For deodorant I use a mixture of coconut oil, bicarb and EO although I barely smell to warrant much use.
Still working on toothpaste coz I don't want fluoride.
For a face mask I use bentonite clay mixed with activated charcoal.
A face wash I usually use water but sometimes I'll use raw honey.
For AF I use a cup but if I didn't I'd buy organic tampons as normal ones have added nasties.
I'm trying to find a good shaving cream recipe but yet to try one.
For mould I use clove oil in distilled water because bleach doesn't kill mould, only bleaches it.
For treatment of ear infections I use colloidal silver. I had a blown ear drum and it healed twice as quick as normal.
For AF cramps (I don't get them as much now since using EO and changing my nutrition) I use geranium or lavender oil.
For bath salts I use magnesium sulphate and Himalayan salt.
For spray and wipe I use vinegar and eucalyptus oil.
For wash powder I use washing soda, bicarb soda and laundry soap blended together. Then vinegar as fabric softener.

Hmm that's all I can think of for now.

Did you do a gradual change firey? Or have you always been a no chemical kinda person? You are what I would aspire to but sometimes I struggle with reducing my footprint on this planet and I figured its due to effort (or lack of )

I buy some items cleaning etc from a new store called http://organicevolutionstore.com.au they have eco cleaning items that work well. I'm trying to be more environmentally friendly too, but a little lazy ;(

Definitely gradual otherwise it would overwhelm me and I'd go back to old habits.
I'd really like to knuckle down and cut out all processed foods as well and make it myself. I went to a thermie demo yesterday and I'm doing a lot of thinking about it. It would make it a lot easier.
