I did my last breastfeed last night. During the feed I was thinking this is probably the last time I'll do this. I hadn't planned on it being the last feed and wasn't sure if I'd do another one or not, but this morning I just felt that was it. My supply has substantially dropped down now and I think i'd have to comp him anyway if I did BF him again tonight. So instead of dragging it out I decided I had done my best and it was time to move on.

I had some chocolate and a yummy spinach dip at my family's Christmas catch-up today to celebrate

He seems to be ok actually, I think it might have been something I was eating that was causing the symptoms. He has been really settled for the last 2 days after a few weeks of poor sleep, and I think it must be because of the reduced BFing. We'll see how we go over the next couple of weeks now that he's 100% on AllerPro.
