Default 4 weeks pregnant, HCG to low?

Hi all, i have recently found out i am 4 weeks pregnant. I have done multiple tests and a digital one and they all had positive. I got a blood test th 2nd day of missed perod and it says im 27HCG. The nurse said it was pretty low and either i am pregnant or i have lost it. That was two days ago, the tests are still coming up positive. I have ro wait until next week for a follow up blood test. Has anyone else had anything like this or a low HCG before? Just want reassurance.

I do know that hcg varies alot, and its possible that bubs implanted later in your cycle rather than the norm. If you aren't bleeding that's a good thing. The second blood test should give you a better picture of things.

My cycles lengths are normally 30 days. I had pain lower middle on last saturday and immediately felt bloated and the pain last for about 10-15 mins

2 before the blood test. And then the blood test the same day, and that was 2 days ago. I have taken another test today and its a clear positive. More clear than what it was 2 days ago.

The only way of knowing is to have two bt two days apart to see if it's doubling
