I think I've been swamped with too much advertising lately - my first thought when I saw this thread title was, 'oh my goodness now there's Frozen (the movie) bread?' Lol.

You can't beat fresh bread from the bakery. I freeze my bread because I shop fortnightly and could always tell the difference until I started buying sunblest wholemeal, it tastes the same after its thawed as it did off the shelf.

We freeze all bread, I buy it from the little bakery near home. When defrosted it tastes just as fresh as it does new

I don't think other breads taste that fresh defrosted though.

I also buy long life milk

    Yep I'm a freezer.
I follow the same rules as stretched

I take out of freezer, make my sandwich, wrap with glad wrap, place in fridge for work the next day.
    All good

I freeze the kids bread. I rarely eat bread but if I buy it (and only from 2 bakeries in my whole city as I am fussy), I eat it within 2 days or the texture hurts my stomach. My kids I freeze their bread as one with only eat dark rye or bread with the texture of bird seed and one will only eat a light rye and hates seeds.

I freeze bread. I don't drive so it's a lot easier for me to grab one out of the freezer and leave it out overnight then to plan to go to the shops every second day.
