Default Dynamic December Testing Thread 2014

I'm back... Ended up with a chemical this month. AF arrived today... This month I'll be taking chinese herbs, having acupuncture, using Soft Cups, exercising and relaxing more and trying not to let this ttc run my life

So somehow I am getting O pains, and I'm only on CD6. This might be understandable if I was having another stupid 24 day cycle, but the last one was 28 days, so I thought everything had sorted itself out.
Any of you ladies experienced this (early O pains that is)?

soft cups are something you can use for AF instead of pads and tampons. You insert them and they fill up and you can wash them and reuse them. Sounds kinda gross when you say it like that, but it's actually cleaner than other methods and doesn't have the chemicals that are sometimes on other products. I don't use them myself, but some people swear by them.

For TTC, some people have said that using these has helped them get pregnant by being used to hold the sperm in. I think anything's worth a try once...

Oh yes I have heard of that, worth a try eh?!

Our first pregnancy was a surprise when we were actively not trying to fall pregnant. I can't believe how much harder it's been this time 😥

hugs x TTC is so easy for some. With DD it took us 2 1/2 years and also 3 surgeries, one of which involved cutting into the side of my uterus, before conceiving. We fell pregnant right after the last surgery, but turned out to be a chem and I think because it was too soon after the surgery, then 3 months and we were pregnant again with DD. When she was 8 months old I had another chem, which was a surprise because we were using protection. Now here we are, she has just turned 3, and our TTC journey started last November with yet another uterine surgery. We had to wait until March to TTC, had a chem in july and still waiting for our sticky bub. Some people get it so easy :/ My sister is 6 years and counting for number one, with two failed IVF attempts...

I have used the soft cups once. Might try it again once I'm on the right track with this TTC journey. Going to see a OB/GYN fertility specialist next Tuesday which Im actually really excited about! I just want to know why my cycle is so irregular and late! It's pretty much not going to show this month I think, which has never happened before.

@Polly6034, Soft Cups seem to help a lot if you have a retroverted uterus, as it hold the sperm close to the uterus opening rather than it pooling at the base of the vagina. Despite it being noted every time I have an ultrasound I never realised this could be my problem with conceiving - duh! They arrived (from US) late in my last fertile phase and only used it once. Can be used with success even with a 'normal' uterus. Was very weird to use at first but considering using them in future especially at night when menstruating
