I was having short cycles and decided to try acupuncture, and it worked for me! I was ovulating around CD18 and my period was coming CD25 which wasn't a long enough LP. I had one session of acupuncture done before my fertile period and it helped bring o forward by 2 days and allowed me a long enough LP to conceive.

Perhaps this might be something worth considering to help regulate your cycles.

Morning all. So sorry to the ladies who are out and those having a rough time. This TTC business is hard work. I suggest a big glass of wine (or several!) the ooziest soft cheese you can find, and let yourself be sad and disappointed. Xx

I am 11dpo, and due tomorrow. I have been feeling sooooooo UTD that I caved yesterday afternoon and did a FRER when I got home from my work trip at 4pm - BFN after a 3hr hold.

I was so upset and angry I broke the test in half and chucked it in the bin.
I then calmed myself down and did some research and have realised that it's super common to get a bfn at 10 dpo and then get a BFP - so I am remaining cautiously optimistic.

Normally would start spotting today ahead of AF tomorrow so will no doubt be doing 3 million trips to the loo to check today.

Not testing again unless AF arrives.

Good luck to those still waiting xx

SO, do I test on Monday or wait till Friday when I'm late??
I hate BFNs so much that I prefer to wait for AF.

I am officially in the waiting game. The only good thing about a short LP is that I don't have to wait 2 weeks.

I am freaking out though because I just realised that I never lay down after BD. I usually get up shortly after and have a shower. Do you guys stay on your back? Am I ruining my chances?

I'm not feeling as confident as I was last night so I probably will wait for AF now. This is such an up and down rollercoaster.
