Nope, it can take 24-48hrs for HCG to double & even then if you're still very early it takes a while to go properly dark. Don't even stress over it. xx

Sorry to hear the bfn @Bub077 😢

I wouldn't be too concerned. Sensitivity varies from test to test.
    xx

I think the peak means that you will O in the next 24 - 48 hours. Are you temping too? That helps to confirm that O has happened.

CD1 - I am unbelievably angry right now. I am sitting at my desk at work, already quite upset, and now I'm trying not to get hysterical. I don't think I would have been upset if this was just my usual 27-28 day cycle. But this one was TWENTY THREE DAYS!!!. I am tired and frustrated. I need a break. I think I'm done for a while.

Big hugs @GothicBeeza! It's such a testing thing this TTC business.

AFM I used Monty this morning but did a cheapie OPK also. Because I am using Monty first cycle the readings are most likely going to be 'high' for many days before peak. So I'm trying to understand it better and use OPKs simultaneously. Then the next cycle it apparently gives you less high days. So is more accurate!
