Joining you ladies testing 10th December.
I have a 17 mth little boy and have been trying for another bub since January. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage in June and my cycles have been all over the place since. Feeling good about this month and I had just O'd. Hoping this is our month.

Ok ladies, I need some help - I'm an OPK noob I am thinking my cycle is back to being regular finally (only took 18 months, 2 early miscarriages and a D&C) and it's roughly 32 days. When should I start opks?

    ETA - I'm CD7

Do you know how long your LP is yet? Cos that helps when trying to decide when to start OPK's. Cos if yours is shorter eg 12 days you won't O until cd20 so starting too soon is a waste of time. I'd suggest maybe cd12? I can't imagine your LP would be longer than 20 days & that should be not too long before you hopefully get a positive.

    That help? 😊
