Hi ladies, so I've done a complete backflip and have decided to take a couple of months off before my next cycle rather than kick off stims again from today. Waz was happy with the MRI results and really couldn't say whether he thinks a scratch and lipiodol flush is going to improve my chances as he thinks my issue is more around egg quality, and neither of those things are going to help with that. So it was a tough call to make this morning but I'm figuring that if there's even the slightest chance the scratch and flush are going to help then it's worth doing. It also gives me a chance to start on DHEA, which I haven't taken so far. Waz is taking holidays right at the start of my next cycle so that's why I'd wait until the following month to kick things off. I want to throw everything at this next one. I've got to say now that I've made my decision to wait, a two month break sounds really, really good.

I agree 100% with @Kelly70 about how lucky us girls are to receive the benefit of all the research and knowledge that @BlondeinBrisvegas and @Jem70 have accumulated. It's awesome!!! Thanks ladies

@Penny75 Great news r.e the MRI Luv One less thing to worry about. Fair enough Luv, I totally understand why you're doing what you are. It's only a slight delay but it'll give the DHEA a chance to kick in and the longer you're taking the rest of his pharmacy of supplements as well, the better!!!

I did the scratch and flush too on Cycle 4 and just the scratch on Cycle 5. I was the same as you wanting to turn over every stone and try anything that had the potential to help in any way possible. I get it

Thanks for the compliment too Luv

@Kelly70 Hoping DB did his duty today and at least made you a sandwich or something considering it was lunchtime!!!

Thank-you for the compliment too, but none of you Lovelies need ride on my coattails, I'd be happy to Piggy Back the lot of you!!!

@BlondeinBrisvegas flying back today - yay!
@Penny75 I think a break is a great idea - it can let your body settle down.

id also recommend a supplement called pregnitude. It has inositol in it and some studies claim it improves egg quality - can't hurt. You can get it on eBay.
@Kelly70 hope you're giving mr afternoon delight lots of instructions. You don't need to worry about hurting his feelings and you might as well enjoy all this extra curricular activity

Haha @Jem70, to be honest I just make it all about him as I am usually just waiting for it to be over and that liquid gold where it needs to be!! If I was into him that way it might be different - but then again, I'd probably be with him if that was the case.
@Penny75 I think taking a short break will do wonders for your head and body, you'll come back refreshed on multiple levels and ready to take on another cycle. Enjoy the down time and get back to just being you for a bit girl. Smart decision.

@Jem70 Have a safe flight home Luv!! Am sure you're looking forward to coming back (perhaps minus the freezing weather??)

I'm feeling good Luv, and pretty much totally on my feet again. I still get caught out by the occasional tired spell, but other than that, I'm fighting fit!!

@Kelly70 Will there be one last hurrah with DB this Cycle or is it a count down until you can start POAS???

@missybear @Sue77 How are you Girls doing??

Hey blonde, Jesus no, that's enough for me I think for this cycle (4 shags in 8 days I just counted). I'm going to leave the rest in the lap of the gods and start POAS in about 10 days I reckon. I love to POAS so will open start early. Honestly I know odds are minuscule, but it's fun to have a crack and hope for a miracle.

I'm currently home with my new fur baby that I just adopted today from the rspca!! He's a 6 month old ragdoll (not sure if anyone knows that breed) and is an absolute delight already. I was looking for a rag doll and had a friend at the rspca who let me know when one came up. I haven't had a pet since my dog passed in 2007, but with all this stuff currently happening with my brother, I reckon life's too short not to do whatever the **** you want!! And he's so divine!!

@Kelly70 Bahahahahha!!!! Fair enough Luv I do know what that breed of pussycato (in my Speedy Gonzales voice) that is as will @Skyler

Awwww....he sounds like a cutie and someone to cuddle up with on these cold nights as well Good on you Luv for giving him a home. If we ever got another furbaby, it'd be from the RSPCA or some other type of animal shelter as well

Yep, get your FRER sticks at the ready Girl!!! How early you going to start?? 10dpo?? for "Beginners Luck"!!!

    How is your brother doing???
