Missybear the positive opk may have been due to some hcg still in your system and then when it's very minimal (<2) you get a period. I know it seems odd but this happened to me too, the miscarriage happens, then some gap while hcg slowly declines (mine took 4 weeks to get to 2 even though it only ever got to 1342) then a period. I have no idea why it declines so slowly.

Yippee for being home Bib. Take care of yourself.

That's strange Skyler as I did a pregnancy test after the miscarriage was complete on Monday and it was negative, no hcg detected. Then OPK tues weds thurs, negative, one line each day, then this morning a second faint line. Then BAM, mid afternoon AF with full force. Lighter tonight, but still moderate, very strange😳 never mind, better than AF going AWOL like it's done in the past😊

Blondeinbrisvegas .. So good to hear u r home... Thank god

and thank u so much for such a detailed reply..it really means a lot specially when u are so down n someone cares so much about u always ....

u r right we are trying with LB with our remaining frozen blasts n if nothing works out ..wazza's appointment for nov is booked .. Got a call from wazza's rooms today for a cancellation on Monday.. Didn't take up that appt as I thought it's too early and we r trying with our froze so ith lynn...regarding supplements. Lynn already has us on most of them , but will also start on the rest of them..... Had never imagined that I would ever need to see anyone else after LB and making perfect blasts as she is called the ' baby whisperer' of Australia .... But just don't know why it is not working for us... I will try till my last effort.

Sue hoping these frosties work out so you don't need to travel interstate. But at least you know you have your appointment in Nov as a back up.

    Missybear, very strange indeed.

Blonde hope you are home with your feet up

Hi to everyone else. Have a lovely time in Noosa Kelly.

    Default Starting IVF Mar/Apr 2014 - aged 43, single #3

    Hey ladies,

I'm in the gorgeous Noosa hinterland, so stunning out here!! So wonderful getting off the plane in Melbs jeans and boots and just feeling that sunshine and beautiful humidity!

I'm a bit bummed re shagathon as neither he nor I (I was knackered and still needed to pack for noosa) could bring ourselves to DTD for the 3rd time that week, see this will be the hard part trying to do this with a guy who isn't my partner. Makes the physical side hard. And now I getting 2nd lines on my opks. They are still light lines though and I know they need to be as dark as the control line and then it's still a day or two after that before ovulation occurs. So I'm racing over there mon night (straight from the airport argh). I think I should catch it.

I'm setting seeds to engage him next month however if I miss this window and hopefully I can reserve his strength a little and time it better.
