Great news nereid ! X
Ooh! Nereid a line is a line is a line! I understand your caution, but woohoo!
Very excited for you @Nereid - I had a feeling! Everything crossed that you keep progressing!
Checking in with @Penny75 - how are you going - any news? You were due to transfer today I think or tomorrow - I'm on US time so not to good on keeping up with dates back there.
Hi to everyone else. Sorry I'm a bit MIA at the moment, but being back O/S and a crazy workload is causing sleep deprivation for all the wrong reasons.
Thank you! I can feel the joy creeping in amid the fear and astonishment but still so so cautious, I don't know if my heart can bare it otherwise. Will test and test. Had a lovely lovely morning at dd's xmas concert - the tears flowed and flowed at how heartbreakingly adorable they all were. I'm sure everyone thought I was a right nutter I wish one of those precious little beings for all of you beautiful ladies, by whatever means they might come. Sending out lots of (slightly hysterical) love and hope xxx
Awesome news @Nereid!! Fingers and toes crossed for you!!
@Jem70 thanks for checking in from o/s - my transfer is tomorrow. I got a call from the lab today to tell me I only have one embryo that's developed to the stage it's supposed to be at for day 4 so it will be a single transfer. I can't help but feel a bit sad and disappointed that I only have one that's made it this far. Silly I know. I'll get past it no doubt and by tomorrow afternoon I'll be super happy and excited to have a little embie onboard.

@Penny75, that could be your golden embie, firmly believe in quality over quantity and it's a good strong one if it's on it's way to blastocyte. Pretty good result really for your first ever cycle.
@Nereid can't wait to hear about tomorrow's POAS result. I'm feeling a little bit excited we have a glimmer of hope in an over 40 on this thread.
AFM: after all my declarations of being done for now, I got an email (that has thrown me off) from my melb FS today finally, saying that we should def try Elonva (although she said there's no evidence it's any better than the other fsh drugs) and that she's happy to write up the plan for me. I emailed back asking if there was any way we could start the cycle so I could keep the donor but delay the injectables so I'm not going to EPU over new year (my day 1 would be around the 19th). @BlondeinBrisvegas I remember you mentioned staying on synarel or the pill or something (and @Jem70).. I'm super wary of another long cycle though, super dooper wary. Maybe I should just forfeit.
@Kelly70: You should be able to start the OCP when AF arrives. Wazza had me start it on CD 4. You could then take it for as many weeks as you want until you're ready to stim (I'd get a withdrawal bleed about 4-5 days after stopping the pill) that way you're technically starting the Cycle (so you get to keep your DS) it'll just be a really long one!! Lol.
You could prob fit an Endo scratch in too before AF comes if your FS would do it?? Or maybe I can just STFU @ stop putting the cart before the horse @ stick to answering the questions I'm asked! 😁😁😁 LOFL!!
Will be interesting to hear what your FS thinks Luvxoxo
