Please also get on the Gatorade and protein. It's meant to help with recovery.

Yeah severe pain after epu isn't exactly normal... It's happened to me 1/5 cycles though and that required hot water bottles etc, wasnt ohss as I only got 4 eggs that cycle (most crap cycle ever basically). It basically settled in 3 days but it was almost like miscarriage pain an I've got a high threshold too. Anyway remember bleeding can occur and there are risks and get yourself checked by a doctor if things aren't settling. Definitely ring the nurses daily though, it's their job to troubleshoot this stuff. Good luck sweets

@lilypily and @Butterfly39 thanks so much for advice I will definitely drink as much as I can and focus on proteins. At least it sounds like I'll get a proper check on Monday.

Hi ladies I thought I'd give an update - as most of you predicted I do have moderate OHSS. I've been given the week off work, have to keep up 1L water and 1L hydra lite and cabergoline 1/2 tablet per day. I still need to go in for my transfer appointment tomorrow for another assessment but it's unlikely to go ahead until January. Thank you all so much for commenting, it really helped me in a difficult time. I guess the biggest lesson is to listen to your body and trust your instincts. xo
