Our P&C is spending $55 per student in 2014 ($21 000 budget for 380 students), and spent $35 per student in 2013. Our fundraising profit in 2014 looks like being about $40 per student. These figures seem very low to me and are certainly nowhere near what we would need to do anything major eg air conditioning.
If you know your P&C's annual budget and/or fundraising profit please reply with either total amount and number of students or the average $ per student.
If our figures are fairly typical, then I'll just have to be happy with what we have achieved. If we're raising considerably less than other schools it might motivate us to find some better fundraising options!
