Anthony Robbins 'Unleash the Giant Within'. Sounds corny, but it changed my life!

Hey sorry!!! I just feel like I want to improve myself as a whole... I feel like I've jumped off the track a but and want to get back to being a good person. So really anything empowering that might give a positive focus

The art of happiness is my fav! Power of now or a new earth by ElkhartTolle. They are all about the ego; how it controls us and shadows the person we truly are within. They are about recognising the ego & shifting your perspective to generate kindness & compassion which in turn leads to a happier life. Good luck finding one you relate with

Just wanted to add one of the most powerful self improvement things for me is writing my favourite quotes in a book. Each quote holds a specific meaning for me & brings a sense of strength, focus & happiness when I read them

Louise Hay You Can Heal Your Life. It focuses on changing your thoughts to positive ones and implements the law of attraction.

Anthony Robbins is great for this! I read it at a time when I had lost direction, become a bit bitter and had some destructive/draining relationships in my life. It totally challenged my beliefs about myself, taught me how to break life long bad habits/negative thoughts and helped me to break free from relationships that weren't good for me. I'm a totally different and better person than I was before.

    Good luck! x
