    Default Ivf with Monash ivf!

So to cut the long story short myself and hubby have been trying for over 4 years now we have done one stim cycle and 2 thawed cycles with Melbourne ivf before we decided on getting a second opinion and we have started seeing Dr Lynn Bermister (I hope I have spelt that right) she got us to try clomid, which I could only handle for 2 months!! I had a bit of a melt down and couldn't do it anymore and had enough! We decided to go the adoption route which we are still waiting for our information session!
Anyway I have been thinking that perhaps we need to give Ivf one more go, yes I know we haven't done heaps of rounds but we can't afford a lot!
My question is, for those with monash ivf how much are we looking at? We have no savings yet so need to save first but do we need to go through the process again of police checks etc again?

    Thanks for listening/reading!!

Bel I was wanting to know how much we would need to come up with as the cost are for out of pocket expenses but I know with mivf you still had to come up with the whole amount! :-)

Probably add on 2500-3000 to the out of pocket costs. The clinic I go to suggests you get a credit card with high limit, put the entire amount on that and when the rebate comes through pay the out of pocket costs off so you don't need to find the entire amount up front x

Prices are online, but it's about 10k for a full cycle and you get 5.5k back. First payment is ~5.5 and second is due before EPU.

Difference between natural fert and ICSI is only a few hundred.

Ok Kool thank you! We have a 5000 Flexi loan we can use for the rebate so need to save another 5! Wish it wasn't so expensive :-(
