Stuck on the couch with almost 11kg of sleeping baby. So much for getting the washing done!

Exhausted but the kids are awake and the neighbour is using an angle grinder or something. Noise is horrendous.

I am trying to get ready for our staff Christmas show and my anxiety is through the roof about leaving DS for a few hours. Then I think I should just take him with me and that makes me anxious too. I feel sick. I guess I can always just come home again if I need. I just want to stay home.

I always just want to stay home @harvs but I usually end up enjoying myself after a while... And if I don't, I just leave.

... I am seriously hurting for a potato cake right now. It's murderous reading all about them in a thread but then being stuck at home with kids in the middle of a night time routine. I need a potato cake fairy.

Furious. My neighbors are having a party for their son who has turned 18. That's fine and I can put up with the music and yelling but it's midnight and they literally have a drum kit out in the yard and are playing it! It's like someone banging on my wall. I can't sleep at all and I don't know how much longer DS is going to sleep through it either. 😡😡😡😡

You can actually call your local police, technically they are breaking the council laws about sound level and time
