Miss Sagi – Those are great numbers, congratulations. 13 is a lot!! I am really happy you. Keeping everything crossed for you for a FANTASTIC fert report.

PinkSS – Congrats on being PUPO . Take care of yourself, and try have a stress free 2WW. Easier said than done, I know. Hope you’ll have some left over to freeze.

AFM – Had our first appointment today. My lining was 9.5mm and Dr LR was happy with that. He’s happy with the way our donor responded. She had her 2nd scan today and he counted 11 follicles. She has another one on Wednesday, and he says we’re looking at EPU this Friday. I am feeling better after my scan and donor update and now anxiously waiting for EPU on Friday. We can relax a bit now and enjoy the Mother City. We’re planning on starting with a tour of Robben Island tomorrow and then Table Mountain on Wednesday.

I don't get a chance to post much these days with Max and Harry keeping me on my toes, but I must wish Blinky and her DH the very best wishes for this trip - I have everything crossed for you. May you soon be blessed with cracked nipples, sleepless nights and no free time! X
Best wishes to every one else in CT too.
AFM The boys are now 3 months and are growing quickly and becoming more and more interesting everyday.
Baby dust to everyone planning or travelling soon.

PinkSS - Congratulations on being PUPO....rest up and bury in little ones.

Faith - See, nothing to worry about...you and your donor are responding well. Well done.

Emski - Lol...yes, back in for another go. I was originally going to go again a lot sooner, eg stop breastfeeding when DS was 6 months but due to his operation we decided to put it back and just spend some really good quality time with him....nurturing and well, just really enjoy him. BUT, time is not on my side...so here we are again!

PinkSS - Congratulations on being PUPO! I wish you a serene and relaxing 2WW, although I know it's difficult not to obsess about the outcome. What date is your test?

Miss Sagi - 13 is amazing! Looking forward to hearing how many fertilize, as it sounds like you will end up with some good strong embies.

Faith - fingers crossed for Friday's EPU!

AFM, I've just been in touch with CFC to start the ball rolling, and for some reason I got a response from BOTH Dr. Wiswedel and Dr. Matabese. I think they responded simultaneously so didn't realize that I was getting 2 points of contact. I now feel in the position to choose between the 2, and wondered if you ladies have any experiences of them? I have heard positive reports regarding Matabese, but so far haven't seen anyone who worked with Wiswedel.

Any thoughts? Otherwise I may just leave it up to CFC and respond to both, and they can choose who they think is right for me.

    Kay

Sunny – Yeah, I was worried for nothing. You must be excited about starting your next cycle. Are you doing a fresh cycle?

Blinky – Thinking of you and praying for a great numbers tomorrow.

Kay – I had a similar situation with Dr LR and Dr Heylen. I emailed them both though (naughty me) and was going to choose whoever answered my questions in a detailed more attentive manner. They both replied, and I was stuck on who to choose. It was a tough choice, but in the end I went with Dr LR because of the way he responded to my questions. I must say I haven’t had any personal experience with either of the two you mentioned, but I have heard some great comments on Dr Matebese. A friend of mine dealt with Dr Wiswedel, and said she found him very good at what he does, but not really jovial. But then she said, she was looking at getting pregnant not making friends, and chose him. Good luck with that decision.
