    It's getting exciting isn't it!!

KMP - looking forward to hearing your blood result.

AFM - finally have results back from IVF Australia to send to CFC - was very messed about and confirmed to us that will not pay them $1000 for a cycle as they have the potential to make things more complicated, get things wrong and the 'customer service' was poor. They have even now 'forgot' to do the FSH - so am going to the GP ....still planning going over the week of 19th March
    Anyone else around then?
Do others have experience of GP prescribing the Estradiol valerate/hemihydrate 2mg tablets or did you order from abroad? Was that easier/cheaper?

Other good news of the week - permanent residence came through yesterday - feel like we are on a roll now!

Hi Crabby - my GP prescribed the estradiol it's just progynova or however you spell it - they use it for HRT with menopause so readily available here and quite cheap.

Just on medications - for those who have done FET's or needed extra Gestone once back in Aus - is there anywhere here where you can can get it? I'll ask my FS but my appointment is not until mid March.
When I go back for a FET I can choose to go for 8 days and have my lining scan done over there or I can go for a shorter amount of time and have my lining scan done here but I will need to administer Gestone for 4 or so days prior to going and I don't have any....

Actually I know loads of people have used injections but wondering if compounded? Some say their FS have a stash....

It's blended with sesame oil. I had to sign for them in SA because they aren't used there. I'd almost happily send you some and swsp to pessaries as I have some in stock. 35 days of jabbing is not thrilling me.

Looks like things are going to get exciting on here again with so many of you going over soon! Yay!

Donna for what its worth our FS said to go with a donor with a low BMI, young and someone who had done ED before. He said someone who had done ED before is preferable to a donor having their own kids as for ED you want to make sure they respond to the meds etc which is different from a natural pregnancy. But in the end it really is a crap shoot as some have picked unproven donors or older donors with great results you just have to go with your gut I think

KMP I actually preferred the injections to the pessaries which are so messy. I did not get any lumps and found the injections not so bad. Best of luck with your BT!

I am at 15 weeks today and lucky not to have had morning sickness or any other real symptoms. We started telling friends so its becoming more and more real though I am still not showing yet.

Just a quickie from me... Donor searching is down to 4 and awaiting a reply to my email with lots of questions!!

Pelvic ultrasound and bloods tomorrow. I still think it will be May for me now. March looks like it wont happen as it is all too rushed but hey, I am trying!

    Hi everyone!!!
