Every appointment I get checked for blood pressure, doppler and fundal measurement. Not had my urine checked for quite a while, but I'm able to check it at work so all ok on that one. I had 28 week bloods for iron, vitamin D, thyroid etc, all were ok (but then I take vitamin D supplements so that level should be good anyway lol) I will have the Strep B swab at 36 weeks.
In terms of sleeping it is recommended that we side sleep in pregnancy, preferably left side but right side preferential to the other positions. Anyway you can't sleep in one position all the time, your hip would hurt after a while and you would get a pressure sore if you didn't change position lol. I am a naturally left sided sleeper but occasionally change to my right side especially if left side is getting sore.
I have one week left at work now, so the countdown is on. I'm feeling a bit tired at the moment as have had a busy week so definitely excited about finishing. Hope you are all feeling well
