Jen, I'm so glad that your scan went well! It must have been amazing to see the little heart beat

Welcome Jeniwithanl, that's great you've got strong HCG that's a great result with frosties too.

KayzB, congrats on twins. I'm sorry it's been scary with the bleeding. Are they doing another scan for you soon?

Jasminecook85, good luck for your blood test on Mon! Are you still doing home tests? Hopefully that line is getting darker & darker.

Sorry if I've missed anyone, hope everyone is travelling along well

I've been so sick with morning sickness lately, well it appears to be all day sickness atm. It's getting hard with work but am on days off now which is nice

Random Q: @akakura and @KayzB (and anyone else with Monash Melbourne)... Did you have to pay for your Crinone /Progesterone once you got your BFP? I just picked up my script and it was $170 for 15! If they keep me on this to 12 weeks it's going to be an expensive endeavour. Goodness, like they don't charge you enough already.

@lileitak I did a natural FET so no crinone for me this time. DS was from stim cycle and I was allowed to stop crinone after my first BT as progesterone was over 500! Anything over 30 is good for pregnancy. What was yours? Hope u can stop soon, it's bloody awful stuff 😖 I think it's up u ur fs to decide and some seem to be over cautious and want u to keep using it or like my fs and think that it's overrated.

Ok time to bite the bullet and join this group. Due July 27 after a successful first cycle with monash Ivf. Have had 2 bt so far, another one next week and a scan December 8th.
A few fsmlisr names which is lovely, looking forward to sharing this journey with you all.
@lileitak yup $170 for crinone!!! I'm hoping Lynn takes me off it after the 7 week scan but I have enough repeats to get me through to week 12. Just when you thought they couldn't squeeze any more cash from us hey! My nurse also mentioned I'd probably be charged for the week 5 and 6 blood tests. Will wait and see if an invoice arrives.

Thanks ladies!! At least I'm in good company. I didn't get my actual #'s - I feel like my FN doesn't like to give them. BUT she doesn't work Tuesdays (which is my next BT) so I'll get them from the sub nurse. Sneaky sneaky....

Btw @Essence08 congrats on your BFP if I haven't said so already! I'm a week behind you.

I'm not with Monash Melbourne but when I started my cycle I was on both the gel & tablet for progesterone support which I stay on until 3 months. I went in the other day to get more & told how much the gel costed which was around the $160-$170 mark. They offered for me to take a tablet instead of the gel which bought it down to $70 for the same amount. I'm wondering if you check with the nurse if they have other options? It's not fair how expensive this all gets

Hi girls been struggling to do much other than get thru the nausea, just reading back over last few pages...
@KayzB exciting news about twins!! I hope the bleeding settles down, a very scary thing to happen. I had bleeding with DS too up to 13 weeks but turned out all good.

@jasminecook85 welcome hun!! GL for your bt.
@Essence08 yay congrats and welcome!! Yeah Monash will try and sting u for everything now including those BTs. They could bulk bill but for some reason they don't. Can't make much more money out of us now we're pregnant 😄
@Rocky27 sorry to hear u've been struck with ads as well. It is truly awful and does make normal life difficult.
@Jenniwithanl welcome hun. Congrats on ur bfp!! Great to hear u got some frosties too. Hopefully ur complete family right there. My pregnancy is a frostie from my stim cycle that I got DS from. So u can get lucky more than once 😊
@Jen182 great news about HB for peanut! Sorry ur not feeling well I don't think many of us will be lucky to get away with not getting any ms.
@leyshoja so glad u could join us 😀 congrats!! My nana had her third child at age 44 so u can't write it off just yet 😉
@lileitak sorry hun forgot to welcome u too😊 prob cause i knew u would be here after the poas thread posts. I always had to ask my nurse for my actual numbers too. I think they don't like to tell u coz it can be something else to worry about. But I found it reassuring mostly.

AFM. Surviving. But the house is a mess and I am doing nothing useful at work. Accidentally told two more ppl at work I was pregnant so that is now 6 ppl who know. It's really hard coz there's two other pregnant ladies in my team so it is a common topic of conversation.... 10 wks on Monday!!

Default IVF Babies due July/August/September 2015!

Afm I'm not telling workmates until I can't hide it, but I get my drugs from the clinic sent to work, always have, with no problems, then yesterday they decide to send the last lot labelled From: IVF Sunshine Coast. So receptionist emails me I've got a delivery from the ivf clinic. Yeah. That's just great I'm filthy about it.
