    Yes they were. My first poas was 1-2 and after that I stopped. I'm a serial poaser so it was huge for me to stay away. I just couldn't do it as I knew I would do my head in. I know what you are going through though and I have been there. Good luck xxx

    oh you and me both. Over the years of ttc I have been a rampant POAS addict so I totally get it. When I got the BFP for this bub I tested about 10 times in the first week.... do as I say not as I do
