    Default Pain dtd

Sorry if I have posted in wrong section, couldn't find a post birth forum!

    TMI ALERT!

Just wondering if it is normal to still feel pain while dtd almost 5 months since birth?
This is my first baby, I had 2nd degree tearing and a vacuum delivery.
I am sore on the inside at a certain point iykwim. When it gets in so far.
DH is not exactly small down there, but not abnormally big either lol.

I've had discomfort and same delivery conditions as you. I have a prolapse and I had muscle spasms too ( normally these two things don't go together). My discomfort is cause by this. Maybe talk to your GP

I had the same thing, they stitched me incorrectly and I had an extra band of skin in the vaginal passage. Had a little op to fix it up and it's great now! I think it took more to get over the psychological impact!

I had pain while dtd for about 6-7 months. It felt like a Chinese burn down there. Then it just suddenly stopped and everything felt normal.... Actually better then normal 😉

I also had a second degree tear and vac delivery, my Dd is now 9.5 months and I would say it's stopped hurting in the last 3 months maybe?, now it's fine and no longer hurts.

Thanks ladies, I'll give it a few more months and if it's still bothering me will go get it checked out.

I would see your GP and maybe talk about a gyno referral. No harm in seeking advice
