    When we have a child in nappies, we bag the dirty ones and put them at the back door until we go to the bin later that day. Once, one was at the front door from a visitor, bagged - dog got it from down the road and made a mess on their owners' lawn. You would think they'd get a little bin at the front door as having to go around and pick up those nappies strewn everywhere later in the day would be a PITA.

    Gross. I wouldn't leave rubbish out in view regardless of what it is. Nappies on the front lawn is just disgusting though.
    I have no idea what I'd do if they were my neighbours, if anything.
