Protein shake is the usual for me, but twice a week I have a sandwich or roll.

Cold leftovers or a chopped salad with some kind of protein, always with either kim chi or a spicy pickle like Brinjal.

I rarely have sandwiches for lunch, though today I had a turkey one made from leftovers and it was delish.

Usually I have leftovers. Or I make a salad, or a wrap, or have veg sticks with dip.

Salad, chicken wrap, salad sandwich, steamed veggies... I am a shocker and I actually hate eating reheated food (I have issues lol) but DH eats our leftovers every day.

Leftovers. If there are none maybe a tuna salad or if its really like mother hubbards cupboards (like today😋) and there is really nothing I can make something decent of, I settle for toast.

I fantasize about the days where I used to skip out the door to go grab myself something yummy - but these days it's just too much effort. I usually have these fantasies while having Vegemite toast. Lol.

I love a sandwich. At the moment I'm obsessed with salad & cheese with mayo & homemade tomato chutney.

Maybe mix it up with different fillings and condiments? My faves are ham, gherkin & lettuce with mayo or peanut butter, banana, honey & shredded coconut.

If Im at home I usually have sliced tomato on g/f cruskits or toast, or grill a ham steak and slice of pineapple...yum. I also love boiled eggs.
