Default What do you normally eat for lunch?

Am I the only one that despises having sandwiches everyday?

Usually left overs from the night before... but I do love a fresh ham or tuna and salad sandwich.

Usually I make a plate of chopped salad things with cottage cheese/some tuna or a boiled egg. I am obsessed with condiments, so there is always some mustard/pickles/harissa/capers added. Whatever is in the fridge at the time.

Usually a tin of tuna, some ryvitta's with cream cheese/ cottage cheese or ricotta and various topings (salad like sproats, tomato, avocado ect), a half sized tin of mixed beans and an apple.

Yesterday it was a sausage roll from my fav place and a choccy and flavoured milk (had a crappy meeting that morning and needed the pick me up). Today, it's a flavoured milk, but we also had morning tea this morning.

Salad on a mountain bread wrap, chopped salad. Today was a shake and an apple. A sandwich is a bit of treat! Kids have sandwiches.

    Leftovers.
    I never have sandwiches.
If there's no leftovers I scrounge around in the cupboard/fridge to see if there's anything there that isn't being eaten, and so I eat that rather than it go to waste.
It's a really good way of saving money; I never actually buy 'lunch food' for myself when doing the groceries.
