I hate speaking on the phone. I make hubby do all the talking. Much prefer texts.

Hate it too. Text me, face to face is great, but never ring me for a chat I just don't do it!

I'm a big talker. I love talking, sending emails with photos of the kids and catching up withe people in the flesh for long coffee and chat sessions. Just for the heck of it.

Part of the reason I loathe facebook. Forces people to converse with me in person

But if someone calls and it's not convenient - simple I don't answer.

Hate talking on the phone and will avoid it at all costs. My mum is the only person I can actually have a phone conversation with. Im a texter or on fb. Not great at real face to face conversations either.

I'm a receptionist so am on the phone a fair bit during the day. I loathe answering the phone at home lol.

Yeah I just wouldn't answer. I rarely get phone calls from family now as they know I won't answer. Smsing is quicker & easier...especially if I don't want to wake ds.

Yes, normally I wouldn't but they just keep ringing and ringing. I sometimes send a text saying "can't talk now, send me a text if urgent otherwise will talk later"

OMGosh I thought I was the only one that hates talking on the phone.. It's so distracting when you are looking after your little people and generally running a chaotic life. I'm great talking in person, texting or FB but talking on the phone i find to be a waste of time and I find it hard to multitask while pulling a phone conversation..

I use that function on my iphone a lot - when I can't talk I send an automatic message that I'll call later. I usually forget to call back.

Also hate it!!! A friend (sorta) who I've told numerous times that I can't talk on the phone texting is better due to a 5 month old continues to call me. I've just stopped answering. Yeah probably a bit cold of me but it drives me bonkers!!!! It's not a problem for a quick call but this woman can talk for hours without me saying a thing
