30 days of kindness? A whole month of doing something kind for someone else every day?

I think the one hundred days of happiness was a good idea but the only downside was the length... I tried my best but some days I struggled to post something positive and remain high spirited enough and in the end I'd missed so many days I just gave up. I think a shorter version (30 days?) would be more realistic. For me, anyway

I'd like to see a "daily quote" type challenge (or mantra as @harvs suggested) for a month. Could be inspiring, funny, thought provoking etc.

I would go for a 'Perspective Challenge' - challenge people to think of something from another previously unconsidered perspective and maybe gain a new understanding or appreciation of something.

Such as, my new found appreciation for what women go through in the last few weeks of pregnancy!

Oh I would die in a cooking challenge. I'm not allowed to cook new things. We have a rotating menu. 5 meals over and over again.

What about a raok challenge? Even if its just small things. Seems like there's so much horrible stuff going on in the world it would be nice to spread a bit of love & kindness around.
