Thanks for the welcome, I'm so sorry for such late reply! Have been crazy busy with work.

Twinkly, I'm sorry to hear about your chemical. I've also got pcos too. I hope you get AF soon & your body doesn't keep you waiting too long. That's great the nurse was able to give you some good tips re OHSS. I only got it a small amount & it was awful so I'd hate to see someone who had it bad. Things we go through to try & get our bubba's When we did our EPU back in May we got 18 all together. From that we have 8 frozen in total. 4 frozen at day 3 & 4 frozen at day 5.

SJ89, that is fantastic results & yay for having 9 frosties waiting for you! I had close to 30 follicles too & was very uncomfortable afterwards. When do they think you can go ahead with a FET? I hope it's sooner rather than later for you. If we get a pos result it will be my first one, how about you guys?

Mushy, I'm sorry to hear about the blighted ovum. I hope you are doing ok & can cycle again soon when your body is ready.

Lucky Ducky, this will be my first ever FET too good luck & I hope you can get started soon.

As for me, I had my scan yesterday & they said my lining was as it should be So my frozen transfer is all go ahead for 31st Oct, Halloween, lol. I had to take an Ovidrel injection last night at 8pm. I've never taken it before but my tummy feels really heavy today. Not sure if it's from that or just a coincidence? I start provera 3 times a day from Mon & next injection is 29th Oct. Progesterone support starts 27th Oct..... Not looking forward to that but happy to do whatever it takes.

    How is everyone going?

Welcome @MrsBubbles Fingers crossed for your FET and last frostie I only got one frostie from my first IVF cycle so we have decided to keep that one and go for a 2nd round hoping will get another frostie at least.

@LuckyDucky yep good idea re trying to relax I think IVF is very much a state of mind your so right. Have been house hunting so that has been pretty stressful which im sure has not helped.

@SJ89 and @Rocky27 I know a few of us with PCOS get some good number of eggies and frosties both of you have some good numbers I only got one frostie have either of you been taking any vitamins to imporve egg quality etc?

@mushy sorry to hear about your blighted ovum hope your okay and can start another cycle again soon. I had a chemical pregnancy and now waiting for AF to arrive and its taking forever. A bit frustrating and depressing.

Thanks @Twinkley. We only got one frostie from our first IVF cycle too, which is why our FS suggested we do another round. From our second round we got our precious DS and one frostie.

When we did our first FET in March the scientists defrosted both embies and said neither of them were particularly good. So we're not getting our hopes up too much for this round either.

for you to get a good result!

    Hi all
Sad news and annoying news for me!! I won't be having FET October anymore. I like to call it a stuff up by my clinic. I gave them what for on the phone as well. Not that it changed anything. Anyway, trying to get over it with a lovely glass of wine haha!! I will be going on the pill this month before FET early next month.

I had EPU just over a week ago @Twinkley FEW sometime in the first week of December I hope.

As for my eggs, I can't offer much help. I take elevit, fish oil and vitamin c. I also have high AMH. So I'm not sure if that helps? It frustrates me that our eggs are great but we can't fall naturally?! This unexplained infertility does my head in!
Don't get me wrong, I'm totally thankful that I have good eggs cos many people don't but I just don't get why I can't fall. DH has no issues and I have had my endo removed in a big operation and had my tubes checked. Who knows! I even fell pregnant on clomid but lost it and then never fell pregnant again. Ahhh rant over haha sorry ladies! Just slightly upset!
