    Default Ovulation pains

    Hi
Just wanted to ask when you girls feel your O pains? Before, day off or after? I'm not charting so unsure when I O'd but had pains on sat/sun

    Thanks

I have around 4-5 days of pain
The first 3-4 days is pain when follicles are growing on both overies
Then day of ovulation, pain on side egg released
I check for when ewcm clears up and that's usually o day, temping and cervix position

I've just started checking my CP this month so it's all new to me
    Thursday felt high but firm
Sunday it felt high and a bit open
Today (Tuesday) it felt a bit lower and firm again
    What does that all mean???

Low position means you have ovulated
High is when you are ovulating
My suggestion would be to bd once at cd10
Then every 36hours until you have confirmed ovulation has happened
