We have one. We don't like TV's in bedrooms so we won't be putting one in there or in our kids bedrooms.

once we build our house we will put our current one in the play room and a bigger one in the lounge room

Everyone enjoys watching TV. It turns our brains from producing beta waves (the one associated with active and logical thought) to alpha waves.

Alpha waves are the nice one you get in a deep relaxation state. That's why kids seem hypnotized by the TV (and adults too).

    It's pretty worrying!

2 tv's in our house. One in the lounge room and one in the bedroom. Both used to get a work out before bub arrived but these days the one in the bedroom is hardly ever turned on and that's only when I'm changing sheets and cleaning so I can put on music videos to motivate me. Looking forward to DS going into his own room in the coming months so I can once again watch a movie in bed with DP again.

We have 3 for a family of 6. One in the lounge, 1 in the toy room and 1 in our bedroom.
TV's very rarely on anyway so it works fine for us. If anything we could live with 1 TV.

We have 4, one in the downstairs lounge room, one in the upstairs lounge room, one in DS room and one in DD room. My kids are teens and play video games etc. there was always a fight for a tv so they each have their own now

I said one but I also watch stuff on my laptop. A lot. I'm a bit of a download addict and love binge watching TV shows. I *could* watch a lot of it on the actual TV but I kind of love my laptop so it gets used as a TV screen for my own use.

1, I've banned one in the bedroom. Sometimes I'd like a second one as DH only ever wants to watch the news.

3...one in the lounge and 2 in the bedrooms. We don't actually really watch tv though. They are hooked up to various consoles and a DVD player.
