    Default Eden?

we are due to have baby number 3 in a few months. We have 2 girls and this baby is another surprise. All along we have liked the name Eden or Edan for a boy. What are people's thoughts? Second name will be John. Thanks

Personally it is more a girls name to me, if I heard it I would assume girl.

I've heard it for boys and girls; I like it better as a boys name but I think atm it's quite popular for girls. I would spell it Eden for boys and girls though, Edan doesn't look right at all.

I think it's used for both girls and boys but would spell it Eden.

I know a guy called Eden and that's how he spells it. I think if you spell it the other way he will be forever correcting people on the spelling all the time.

If I heard the name Eden I would assume it was a boy. But I don't like the spelling Edan, sorry. I do think that Eden is a lovely boy's name.

Love for a girl, dislike for a boy. Would prefer Eddie or Edward for a boy.

Same as ↑. Like for a girl but not for boy.

I didn't even realise it was a boys name until someone had to correct me that they were referring to a boy. I don't find it masculine at all.
