Amazing. I too want that kind of relationshp with my kids as I could never in a million years talk to my parents about anything. Ds is still at the stage of hating girls and dd(5) always tells me she doesnt want to marry a man, she wants to marry a 'partner'. When I ask her what she means she says I want to marry a lady. I think it stems from a conversation we had about it in the car one day. But then she also tells me she is going to marry her brother lol.
