    Default Keep getting sick

Does anyone have any tips to stop getting sick?

About every 2 weeks we get struck down with whatever virus is going around. I keep a clean house and we eat
veg and fruit everyday. I just don't know what to do. Is this just part and parcel of having kids or are we just germ attractors?

I don't really have any tips, but since having kids I have never been sicker in my life. We go through good and bad periods, but there has been months on end when I've had one thing after another. Pre kids I would get sick maybe once a year. I think it's just part and parcel of having kids (particularly having them in daycare too - it all started for us when Ds1 started at 14mo ).

We have found that taking a probiotic helps. Plus having hand sanitiser around the house!

Echinacea always helps me. As drops or in a pill combined with garlic zinc & vitamin c. That and washing hands.

When my son started cc we all started getting sick too.. never used to get colds or flu..thanks cc.

We take zinc with vitamin c chewable tablets and ds takes a multivitamin. Think it reduces the severity of the cold.

Probiotics, good hand washing habits and trying not to get too run down/tired (tricky with little kids!). Unfortunately kids tend to be little incubators of disease and it's just part of parenthood.
