Haven't read all the responses here but just wanted to say that my almost two year old daughter was our last of 3 5 day frozen blasts, give it ago, you may also be third time lucky! All the best.

I got 19 eggs, 16 were able to be fertilised, 10 made it past day 1 and 4 made it to blastocyst. Not sure about calcium activation this cycle was 2.5 years ago. I don't mind answering your questions I think lilypily is right and u need to consider your fertility too

Yes Lilypily I'm with Lynn. I went into this IVF journey thinking it will be easy pezy with me all normal, young and only male factor, but here I am on 4 failed cycles this time with no fertilisation. Akakura I will ask further questions about egg quality and AMH.

Hope77 I will be transferring the last frozen blast. Don't have anything else to work with. I'll give it my best go. But really want to push Lynn for agreeing to do assisted hatching, but doubt it's going to happen.

I also took CQ10 & royal jelly, can't recall how much or when exactly but possibly it helped! Best of luck, I hope it works out for you.

Hi @mimaa... We're about to start our first cycle with Lynn next week and thought I'd share what she told me.

Our only (known) issue is that my tubes are blocked due to scarring (not endo) and DH is "normal". Despite this, Lynn still suggested that we do 50% ICIS for our first cycle. We were floored, since we assumed it wasn't required with no MFI. Her reason was we'd hate to get to the end of the cycle and have none fertilise.

In the end, we decided to follow her advice for this cycle, clearly there is no guarantee.

You said the protocol for this was the same as your third; is there anything else in your life which is different? I would certainly push for some changes if nothing has.

    Hi lileitak,

I guess in your case with ICSI won't hurt. Don't think you'd even need HA-ICSI. I wish you all the best and hope it goes smoothly!

With this last cycle, there's quiet a few question marks with the duration of the protocol as I think I was triggered way too early..anyway..I have booked in an appointment to see her soon, we'll see what she has to say. wish it was earlier! She's just so busy it's hard getting through

I got a tip from another of her patients to book in ahead of time, in case the cycle fails. She's so hard to get into, might be worth it.
